Welcome to Team BAM!

B Athletic Multisport is an Official USA Triathlon Registered Club/Team.  We are comprised of age-group athletes of ALL ABILITY LEVELS.  Our athletes train and compete in triathlon, duathlon, running, cycling, swimming, and more, locally, nationally, and internationally!  We train hard, race hard, and most importantly HAVE FUN living the multisport lifestyle!  Join us for one of our team workouts to see what all the fun is about, and to find out what you can acheive!

BAM Training Schedule:

Saturday – Group Ride & Run: (All Ability Levels)

The team meets at SUNY Purchase – www.purchase.edu in the first parking lot by the West Lawn (upon entering from the main entrance, make a left and follow to first parking area). Rides will be from 15 – 50+ miles based on ability level and upcoming races. Cue sheets will be provided for all rides when necessary. Runs will be from 10 minutes - 6 miles based on ability level and upcoming races. 

Start time: Varies from 6:30am – 8:00am depending on distance, ability level, and upcoming races.  Contact Coach Jeff at 914-960-7762 for the official start time.

Wednesday & Friday – Swim: (All Ability Levels)

The team meets at the YWCA on North St. in White Plains – www.ywcawhiteplains.com across the street from White Plains High School. Triathlon specific swim workouts incorporate technique drills and swim sets totaling 1200-3000 yards based on ability level and upcoming races. Start time: Wed. & Fri. 6:00am.

Swim workouts require the purchase of a YWCA membership ($100), and either Unlimited Swim ($250), or Dip Tickets ($50/12 swims).

*April thru October Group Training Schedule: (in addition to the above workouts)

*Sunday – Group Ride: (Advanced Ride)

The team meets at SUNY Purchase – www.purchase.edu in the first parking lot by the West Lawn (upon entering from the main entrance, make a left and follow to first parking area). Rides will be from 25 – 60+ miles based on upcoming races. Cue sheets will be provided for all rides.

Start time: Varies from 6:30am – 8:00am depending on distance and upcoming races.

*Thursday – Track Workout: (All Ability Levels) until the end of September then track wko's go to Tuesdays

The team meets at the Scarsdale High School Track off of Wayside and White Plains Road in Scarsdale. Workout will include group warm up and speed intervals totaling from 3 – 5 miles based on ability level and upcoming races.

Start time: 7:00pm.  Contact Coach Jeff Boyer at 914-960-7762 for any changes to the start times.

*Tuesday - Open Water Swims:  (All Ability Levels) until the end of September

The team meets at Oakland Beach in Rye.  Workouts range from 1/2 mile - 1+ miles, as well as technique and race specific drills for open water swimming.

Start time: 6:30pm.  Contact Coach Jeff Boyer at 914-960-7762 for any changes to the start times.

*October thru April Schedule:

*Thursday - B Water Triathlon Swim Program at Hommocks Pool in Mamaroneck:  (All Ability Levels) 

Register at the Town of Mamaroneck Recreation Dept.  http://www.townofmamaroneck.org/recreation

Start Time: 7:00pm.

*December thru March Schedule:

*BAM Performance Indoor Cycling :

Days & Times: Tuesdays 7pm & Saturdays 8am  Check Programs page for pricing (days & times may change on occasion based on other team activities, training, etc.)

Sunday - Group Trail Run:  (All Ability Levels)

 Start Time: 8:00am.  Distances & location vary. Contact Coach Jeff at 914-960-7762 for the official location.
