B Strong - Functional Strength Training

If you race, or just race around, you need to be strong to succeed. You are an athlete. Strength, balance, and coordination are the keys to performing at your best time after time. B Strong functional strength training provides the strength and power you need to do your best on race day and help prevent overuse injury during training.

Individual Rate: $150/session ....................$1500/12 sessions ($125/session = $300 Savings!)

Small group options are available.

B Fast – Speed for Endurance / Track Workouts

Long slow distance creates long slow runners. Learn how to be a more efficient and more economical runner while building the speed you need to be competitive or achieve that elusive PR. Track workouts combine dynamic warm ups and technique drills with speed intervals to maximize your fast running potential.

B Fit – Performance Indoor Cycling

Maximize your fitness level on the bike with small group indoor rides to increase power, strength and speed. The 60-90 minute sessions will challenge you and help you reach your full potential on the bike. Time Trials will identify your thresholds for heart rate and/or power to make the most of your training time. (Reservations required)

BAM Team Members: $10 per class

Non-Member/Guests: $20 per class ( 1 free trial class to those looking to join the team for the 1st time)

Equipment needed:  1. Bike (1 spin bike is available if needed – reservation required)  2. Towels (extra towels are available if needed)  3. Water or sports drink (extra water is available if needed)

B Water - Triathlon Specific Swim

Learn how to get faster and use less energy for your next race! B Water is specifically for triathlon with a freestyle stroke focus. All sessions will include technique drills and interval sets to help you improve your stroke, your open water skills, and especially your performance! Distances will be from 1500 - 3000yds based on ability. Must be able to swim freestyle/front crawl stroke to participate. 

Ages: 16 & up  Location: Hommocks Pool Dates: Program starts October 4th and runs for continual 8 week sessions until May  Day: Thursdays  Time: 7:00 - 8:00 pm

Session Fee: Resident: $120 Non Resident: $160   Register at the Town of Mamaroneck Dept. of Recreation http://www.townofmamaroneck.org/recreation

Endurance Coaching Programs

Single Sport (Run/Bike/Swim/Strength): If your focus is on one sport; a 5k, marathon, century ride, endurance swim, or strength, this is the plan for you.

$125/month ....................$345/3 months ($115/mo. = $30 Savings!)

Duathlon/Aquathlon/Aquabike: Run, bike, run, swim and run, or swim and ride. For any combination of two sports, this option will help you achieve your goals.

$135/month ....................$375/3 months ($125/mo. = $30 Savings!)

Triathlon (Sprint/Olympic Distance): Short course races are the best place to start. They can also be super-fast and super-competitive. If you want to just finish, or go for the podium, this is the program for you.

$165/month ....................$450/3 months ($150/mo. = $45 Savings!)

Triathlon (Half Ironman/Ironman Distance): If you’re looking to take it to the next level and conquer the ultimate endurance test of long course racing, this program will get you to the finish and beyond!

$225/month ....................$600/3 months ($200/mo. = $75 Savings!)

All programs include unlimited email and phone access to your coach. You have the option of going month to month, or saving $$ by choosing 3 months at a time. All programs are given in 4 week blocks via email. B Athletic Multisport coaching programs cater to all ability levels from beginner to advanced athletes.

For local athletes, one-on-one sessions can be scheduled at the individual training rate.
